ESTATE PLANNING

Planning for the future is something that we tend to put off until the last possible minute. When it comes to your children, your estate, and your health, it is very important to take a few minutes to make sure these affairs are in order. I handle a wide variety of estate matters, including: (1) the drafting of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives; (2) probate; and (3) probate litigation. If you do not have a will or your circumstances have changed and you need to revise a previous will, call me for a free consultation. We can discuss your circumstances, and talk about the steps necessary to ensure that your family is protected. If you are leaving on a trip and need the will drafted quickly, Dan can work quickly to see that your needs are met.

Limited Power of Attorney

A limited power of attorney appoints somebody else to act on your behalf under a very specific circumstance. For example, if you needed to leave town, but expected the sale of your home to close while you were away, you could appoint somebody to facilitate the sale.
